LOLAs opened in February 2025, bringing a fresh hospitality concept to the northern end of Darby Street. The family venture - led by hospitality veteran Kat Honor alongside daughters Stella and Luna - has quickly made an impression.
The space has two distinct personalities: a relaxed, casual atmosphere downstairs for daytime dining, and a speakeasy-style bar upstairs that comes into its own in the evenings. Dinner service runs Wednesday through Saturday.
Native Australian ingredients feature throughout the menu, giving LOLAs a distinctive culinary identity. Coffee is supplied by Merlo, and the cocktail list showcases the team’s hospitality experience.
